What frames should I choose?
I’ve found two frames that work beautifully with my paintings. Both companies offer custom sizing down to the quarter-inch, so you get a perfect fit without the custom frame shop price tag.

Shipped with tracking
We ship with tracking so that you will know when to expect your package. Shipping takes 4-5 days after purchase to make sure we can give each package the care it needs.
Shipped with safety
We ship the paintings with sturdy backing and plastic wrap for damage and water safety. So far we have a track record of 100% safe and secure arrival of all original paintings.
If a painting gets to you damaged we will pay the return shipping and refund you fully once we receive it back
Each painting is prepared for longevity
and has been made with colours picked specifically for their high lightfast quality (they wont fade). Each painting is made on high quality archival paper. After the painting is finished I treat the surface with a UV protective layer that reduces UV damage as well as keeps the surface water resistant (not water proof... please don't lick the painting). This gives me the confidence to display the paintings at home without further protection, but if you are cautious I would recommend framing behind museum glass (glass with reduced reflectivity).

Driving into New Bedford, MA, it became apparent very quickly that there was one thing I wanted to paint. boats. This old maritime town is the home of both captain Ahab and master painter Albert Bierstadt.

painted during a workshop in Raleigh, NC. We went down to the river early that morning to try and get a clear view of the river before the sun came out, and we weren't disappointed. We saw foxes, turtles and a few birds - on even made it into the painting (can you see it?).
